Random Thoughts
I'm feeling brave-I'm finally posting comments on other people's blogs that I've been reading for months. It's so weird how you start to feel like you know people when you've never even seen them in "real life."
Anyone have any thoughts on making your blog public? Meaning, telling people you actually "know" about it? Not entirely sure how I feel about the idea. So far, the Husband is the only one who knows I've got one. Hmmmmm something to ponder.

I read your comment on the Little Yellow House blog - LittleRazz is my best friend from high school.
I really started blogging as a way to let off steam, but also to give my friends a way to check in on me without calling or emailing. You know, just to make sure I'm alive.
I'm just very careful not to talk shit about anyone. If you have an issue with someone and you want to write about it, do so tactfully, using fake names and what not. But also be sure to talk to the person about it before you post - it really sucks to have someone find out that you're upset with them by reading it on your blog.
Other than that, nice to meet you! I'm Erica and you can read my not-so-interesting blog if you feel so inclined. Well, I'm not pregnant, so nothing is quite as exciting as what LittleRazz has to say.

I know what you mean about starting to feel like you know someone! It is like reading a novel that keeps right on going. I started my blog because I need some way to express myself. I am really glad that I did, because it chronicles what was going on when I ended my 4.5 year relationship. It is interesting to go back and see what I was thinking and feeling about it. this has been a pretty challenging time for me, and I like to go back and reflect - for some reason it is helping me to move foreward.
a bunch of people that read my blog are people I know. DesertUndine from "Eternal Mommy" is my best friend. I really like that we both keep a blog, because we don't see eachother as much as we'd like, and it keeps us in touch. LittleRazz and Erica were my sister's friends in high school, but we also became friends.
The one person who reads my blog who maybe I shouldn't have told is zookeeper. I have/had a major crush on him, and I really can't talk about it all that much on MY blog, because he reads it! I doubt he reads other people's blogs that I read, so he probably wont see this. I need to start a seperate blog just so I can rant about how confused he makes me!
